Tourist tax of € 6,30 per person per night. Not included in the booked rate and to be paid directly at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:
No penalty if you cancel or modify within 7 days of the arrival date. The cancellation communicated after this date determines the retention of 100%. The non-arrival determines the retention of the entire amount. In the event of early departure, the full amount is charged.

House Rules:
Smoking is forbidden inside the houses. We ask guests to respect neighbors by moderating tone of voice and noises after 22:00.
